Hi ALL, this is Steve & Rich, the brothers and original founders of Wag N’ Wash Arizona in 2006. We want to extend to you a personal note in case you’re wondering what happened to my favorite pet store? Let us assure you, absolutely nothing has changed outside of our name:

Last year another company acquired the name and branding rights to Wag N’ Wash. This gave us the ability to become a completely independent business, remaining locally focused.
With our recent name change, we want to assure all our longtime and loyal customers, as well as our new customers, the same ownership and incredible staff will be providing you and your pets with the healthiest, all natural, and nutritious food, supplements, treats, toys, and supplies.
Additionally, we want to assure you that all your previous “VIP” loyalty rewards have been transitioned successfully and moving forward these will now be “Bark Rewards.” All your past, present, and future rewards remain active in your account.
As you know, our pet store is designed to nurture, clean and spoil your pet and we continue to offer grooming services from our award-winning, professional grooming team. We also continue to offer you a clean and fun place to bring your furry friends to get a quick spa day between grooming appointments in our self-wash, and get fresh baked treats from our bakery.
The Bark If You’re Dirty team welcomes everyone to come in to your favorite location; in Phoenix at 4230 N. 7th Avenue (in the Melrose shopping district) and in Scottsdale at 7777 E. Indian School Road (in the Scottsdale arts district). Our operating hours are from 9am - 7pm everyday with self-wash services open until 6pm.
Finally, we want to personally thank all our amazing customers that have checked in on us during the transitional period and we look forward to serving you and your pets needs in the years ahead! Thank you for all your incredible years of continued support; from our entire team.
